VLine Bus Driver

We currently have 2 exciting opportunities for bus drivers to join our Yarram based team. If you are interested in a full time or casual bus driving position refer to the information below.

Specific duties include:

• To pick up and set down passengers as per VLine route within the specific time schedules set out on the current running boards supplied, working to the new roster and timetables and fare schedules

• Provide commentary (use of microphone) to announce arrival and departure times at stops

• VLine ticketing

• Report any defects to the maintenance area as per current procedure

• Cleaning of buses

• Ensure all work instructions are carried out as directed in line with company policies and practices

• Effectively communicate with other team members

• Report any issues of a serious nature or non[1]conformances of any kind to the depot Manager

• Other driving or yard duties as directed by the depot Manager
