Administration Assistant - Deniliquin
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Admin person to join our Deniliquin team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Manage phone and email communication with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and planning of work. • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as customer enquiries.
• Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
